It’s not always easy to know who to talk to, or how to express what’s happening beneath the surface.

At You Matter Counselling, my intention is to offer a steady, compassionate space where you can set some of that weight down. This is a place where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, without pressure or judgement.

You might be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or longing for relationships that feel safer and more balanced. You may notice patterns like people‑pleasing, self‑doubt or shutting down when things become too much. Whatever your experience looks like, your voice matters here, and your needs are welcome.
