Sessions

Length: 50 minutes — dedicated time and space to focus on what matters most to you.

Frequency: Weekly sessions help build a safe, consistent therapeutic relationship. Holding that space each week allows trust to grow and gives you the continuity needed to explore at your own pace.

Format Remote sessions via a secure online video platform. Accessible and flexible, so you can connect from wherever feels most comfortable.

Fees £45 per session. Concessions are available for trainee therapists to help keep counselling accessible. Paid by bank transfer.

You’ll receive a warm, confidential reply explaining next steps and answering any questions. Our first conversation focuses on fit and safety — we’ll agree a simple plan together and check what feels manageable for you.

Response time I aim to respond within 48 hours on weekdays. Emails sent at weekends may take longer.
