Sessions
Length: 50 minutes — dedicated time and space to focus on what matters most to you.
Frequency I offer flexible online sessions, either weekly or bi‑weekly, depending on what best supports you. Weekly or bi‑weekly sessions help build a safe, consistent therapeutic relationship. Holding that space regularly allows trust to grow and gives you the continuity needed to explore at your own pace.
Format Remote sessions via a secure online video platform. Accessible and flexible, so you can connect from wherever feels most comfortable.
Fees :
- Daytimes 9am - 4pm £35.00
- Evenings 5pm - 8pm £45.00
Concessions are available for trainee therapists to help keep counselling accessible. Paid by bank transfer.
